Working within the HMRC’s Digital Delivery Center in Telford, I performed the role of a Lead Senior Scrum Master within Digital Transformation.

My primary role within the center was as an active Scrum Master for a multitude of digital projects and development teams. Working directly with teams coaching in Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating ceremonies including the Daily Scrums, Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives and building a self empowered culture and environment for all members.

Working within Capgemini's Java Delivery Center on the HMRC's Aspire account, I performed the role of a Senior Agile Scrum Master for a number of development and Agile Scrum teams.
